Method Marketing is the business of acquiring customers (or, if you are a charity, acquiring donors) and continually delighting them.
This is not "customer satisfaction" nor "customer retention." The operable phrase for the coming century is "customer delight." Underpromise and overdeliver.
For, if you dont delight your customers, somebody else will; whereupon they will no longer be your customers.
Method Marketers do not satisfy customer needs. They create wants--and go on to create better wants.
